> Goapetown (from now on referred to as GAT, we, us, me an I) accepts no responsibility for loss of life or property cause by your attendance of events promoted by GAT. Really, I'm not joking.

> the views expressed on GAT are solely those of the contributing fan or band and do not necessarily reflect the views of GoApeTown, its owners or its affiliates.

> By submitting articles and info to GAT you give consent for the owners or agents of GAT to publish those articles online. GAT does not accept any responsibility for damages caused by submitted articles.

> GAT is a site purely dedicated to better the conditions of all Cape Town rock bands, we do not intend to make money nor do wish to create an unfriendly environment for our supporters, fans and contributing bands. If you have personal issues please leave them at the door.

> GAT does not condone hate speech, Racism, excessive profanity, flaming or spam. If you are found to cross these rules your content will be removed immediately without warning or notice.

> Only bands from the greater Cape Town area are eligible for band reviews. National or international bands will not be considered.

> Only gigs and events in the greater Cape Town area will be considered.

> It is up to individual bands and event organizers to contact me with their latest info. I suggest that you send me all the relevant info at least 7 days in advance to allow for upload time.

> Changes to the TOS can be made at any time without prior notice. Please read the TOS on a regular basis for updates.

> GoApeTown.com can be contacted on wayne@goapetown.com. Any spam will deleted and you adress banned.

> GAT is designed, maintained and hosted by Wayne Bayman and you are not allowed to steal my design or my ideas for fear of your life. If you do wish to use my site design or wish to contribute you can contact him on the email address provided.
